As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to spark discussions&nbsp;about its potential impact on the workforce, it remains critical to grasp how AI is developed,&nbsp;operated, and interpreted from a scientific perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This 3-week summer program is dedicated to the &#8220;science&#8221; behind &#8220;data science&#8221; for biomedical research,&nbsp;ranging from basic science to clinical medicine. The program focuses on cutting-edge techniques for&nbsp;nonstationary time series analysis, including time-frequency analysis, unsupervised learning for highdimensional&nbsp;data, and advanced statistical tools. Emphasizing hands-on experience, the curriculum&nbsp;equips participants to tackle real-world biomedical challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The summer school fosters a vibrant environment where leading researchers in signal processing, nonstationary&nbsp;time series analysis, manifold learning, and related fields share their insights on foundational and&nbsp;emerging methodologies. Designed for PhD students and researchers across various disciplines, it offers a&nbsp;unique opportunity to engage with experts and network with peers, all while honing skills in
